As snow continues to fall throughout the state Thursday, the Minnesota State Patrol has reported nearly 200 crashes as of Thursday evening.

Between 5 and 10 a.m. Thursday, 106 crashes were reported in the state. Fourteen of those crashes included injuries.

There were also 111 vehicle spinouts and two jackknifed semis. 

Statewide from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., 96 additional crashes were reported by the State Patrol. Seven involved injuries and 84 vehicles spun out or left the road and two semis jackknifed. 

The snow is expected to continue to fall through the afternoon. According to KSTP Chief Meteorologist Ken Barlow, 1 to 3 inches could accumulate.
