Wild cut training camp roster down to 24 players

The Minnesota Wild have reduced their training camp roster to 24 players, General Manager Bill Guerin announced Saturday.

Forwards Adam Beckman and Marco Rossi and defenseman Calen Addison were assigned to the Iowa Wild of the AHL, and goalie Andrew Hammond was called up to the NHL roster.

NHL teams must finalize their 23-man rosters by the start of the regular season, Oct. 14.
