Minnesota Lynx center Sylvia Fowles and wing Napheesa Collier spoke with the media, via Zoom, following Team USA practice in Las Vegas.

They both spoke about who they are looking forward to facing in the Olympics, the expectation to win the gold medal, the competition internationally, and what team they look forward to playing the most.

Collier also talked about how much it meant to have five former University of Connecticut players on the roster and what Connecticut's head coach, Geno Auriemma, instilled in her time with the program.

Fowles discussed what she appreciates about being an Olympian, what it is like to play for USA head coach Dawn Staley, and how well she has been playing this year.
