Former Vikings OT Steve Riley dies at 68

Former Minnesota Viking Steve Riley died on Thursday, the team announced.

Riley, who was drafted No. 25 overall by the Vikings in 1974, played 11 years in the NFL, all with Minnesota. His 138 games played, which includes 128 starts, ranks fourth in Vikings history among offensive tackles.

He was also nominated by his teammates as the Vikings' first-ever recipient of the Ed Block Courage Award in 1984.
