Top ranked Wayzata boys soccer tops #3 Minnetonka, 3-0

The top-ranked Wayzata Trojans defeated the #3 Minnetonka Skippers, 3-0, Thursday evening at Wayzata.

It was a tough-played first half that went into the break with a 0-0 tie. But, senior forward Aidan McGoogan scored on a header off a corner kick for the Trojans early in the second half to give Wayzata the 1-0 advantage.
McGoogan then added a second goal later on to effectively put the game away. Wayzata added another late goal to make it a 3-0 match.
