St. Paul extends COVID patio rules for businesses

Good news for St. Paul restaurants: The city is going to allow business owners to utilize outdoor space longer than originally planned.
Many businesses have taken over sidewalk space to offer outdoor service during the pandemic.
Mayor Melvin Carter said he’s extended the executive order for 40 days.
