Minnesota friends create ice carousel to have fun in the cold

One group of Minnesota friends came up with quite the inventive way to help have fun despite the cold weather.

Randy Strobush, his wife and friends created the ice carousel on Roosevelt Lake in central Minnesota. They cut a 60-foot circle in the eight-inch thick ice and then stuck an outboard motor on it to make it turn.
