Inside Your Health: Body Worlds Rx

Updated: October 13, 2019 10:38 PM

Body Worlds Rx has opened its doors at the Science Museum of Minnesota.

The goal of Body Worlds Rx is to help educate the public about what's inside themselves.

KSTP Medical Expert Dr. Archelle Georgiou takes a look at the exhibit and talks about what you might find there.

According to the Science Museum, the exhibit provides a better understanding of the diseases that impact the human body.

The exhibit includes 100 plastinated human body specimens, offering side-by-side displays to show healthy and diseased organs.

The Science Museum says it is up to families to decide whether the exhibit is appropriate for children.
