Police recover body from Mississippi River Saturday evening

Police responded to reports of a body being found in the natural debris of the Mississippi River just after 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
A news release from the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office states that authorities found a dead man near the 400 block of Rice Street in the City of Anoka.
The sheriff’s office identified the victim Monday as 58-year-old Keith Alan Harvell, of Elk River.
The incident remains under investigation.
No other details have been released.
