Minnesota boy to participate in national Punt, Pass, Kick competition

A Deer River boy with dreams of playing in the NFL will be putting his football skills to the test in a national competition.
Hubbard affiliate WDIO-TV reports Cam Fox, who has been tossing a football around since he was in diapers, will be competing in the “Punt, Pass, Kick Competition” in Tampa.
Fox says he’s excited and has been putting in a lot of practice.
“I throw the football, we play catch,” said Cam, a fourth-grade student.
“He actually reached out to the JV football coach. Kinda helped him with kicking form. So, he’s been trying to perfect that,” said Cam’s mother, Christina.

Cam’s mom says he’s the only Minnesotan heading down to the competition, which will be held on Jan. 28.
