The Minnesota State Fair is fully open this year and just announced its new fair food for 2021. 

The state fair has 26 new foods being served at the fair. The new items are:

  • Esquites 
  • Fudge & Fruit!
  • Greek Stuffed Ravioli
  • Island Hopper
  • Jumbo Donut Sundae
  • Kerala Fried Chicken Kati Roll 
  • La Floretta
  • The Naughty Biscuit
  • Nordic Waffles – Chicken & Macaroni Nordic Waffle and I-Scream Waffle Sandwich
  • Paneer Pakora
  • Pizza Lucy
