Bay Scroggins - Reporter
Bay started at 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS in June 2008 after spending five years at WZVN-TV in Fort Myers, Florida, as anchor/reporter. Prior to that he was anchor/reporter/meteorologist at KXXV-TV in Waco, Texas, from 2002 to 2003. He also spent some time in Greenville, North Carolina, at WNCT-TV as producer/meteorologist from 1999 to 2002. Education Bay received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, with a concentration in Media Performance, from East Carolina University. He also received a Broadcast Meteorology Certificate from Mississippi State University. Awards In 2007, Bay received first place for Best Public Affairs program from the Florida Associated Press.
